Avoid Alcohol

The harmful effects of alcohol consumption on human health are well known. It has been proved that alcohol increases risks of several types of cancers. These are: liver, colorectal, breast (in women), larynx (voice box), esophagus, mouth and throat (pharynx). Drinking any type of alcohol (red & white wine, beer, liquor, cocktail etc.) is injurious to health and increases risk of cancer.

Blue light at night has been proved to contribute in causing cancers due to imbalance in hormonal functions. Usage of smartphones, tablets, LED lights etc. at night is the main reason behind risks of several cancers in both genders.
